Monica Hidalgo is a founding partner of Volteo Mexico, joining in 2014 as the first Mexico Global Delivery Center – Operations Director, becoming instrumental in building the critical pillars of what Volteo is today.


Owning multiple roles from Resource Management through Program & Partner Management, today Monica leads Volteo Digital Global Operation’s productivity, efficiency, and profitability, with responsibility in 3 focus areas: Operational excellence, Employee & Financial Success.


Monica holds an International Business degree from Universidad de Guanajuato, a Business Administration Major in Finance & Marketing from the European Institute of Business and Management, La Rochelle, France, and a Corporate Performance Executive Program from Harvard Business School.


As part of her pro-bono interests, she founded “Women who transform", program designed to celebrate, enable & empower women. Monica also supports different People-focused initiatives.

  • Responsible for the different ServiceNow partner programs' enrollment & performance, from registered up to Elite segment attainment [Top 10% partners positioning].
  • In 2022, launched the largest ServiceNow CoE and introduced Talent as a Service (TaaS) program to  develop next gen. of ServiceNow Technical Consultants.
  • Drives people strategic programs such as Total Rewards, All-Star Awards, Skills & Qualifications matrix, Expat Program &Women Who Transform.
