Terrell Pursley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Terrell began their career in the United States Army, where they served as an Information Assurance Security Officer, Computer Maintainer, and Electronics Repair specialist. During his time in the army, received an Army Achievement Medal for developing the security accreditation packet for the Brigade S-6. 


Following their military service, Terrell worked as a Hardware Engineer at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, he provided help desk support and system administration functions. Terrell then joined the United States Air Force Reserves as an Avionics Systems Technician before transitioning to a civilian career. 


Most recently, Terrell worked at Acorio, where they held various roles including Senior Technical Consultant, ServiceNow Managing Consultant, ITOM Practice Leader, and ServiceNow IT Experience (ITx) Lead. In these roles, they led consulting teams and technical implementations, built an industry-leading ITOM practice, and delivered end-to-end ServiceNow IT Experience workflows that transformed business outcomes.
