1. Responsible for researching, planning, coordinating & implementing application solutions for conceptual design requirements. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms
   .
2. Provide assistance to other team members throughout implementation, striving for consistency and designing best practices.
   
   
3. Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system including workflows and custom script development with strong Java & Java Script programming skills
   
   
4. Ability to use scripting tools and Service Now functionality to create scripting used to automate routine tasks being done in Service Now.
   
   
5. Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems through application integration.
   
   
6. Utilize advanced system administration, troubleshooting, debugging, and testing skills to identify misconfiguration and abnormal application behaviors and resolve them.
   
   
7. Fluently apply theoretical concepts and practical experience of ITSM (IT Service Management), ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), IT SecOps (IT Security Operations) to enterprise business processes.
   
   
8. Ensure that outcomes produced are in line with the technical designs, standards, best practices & customer specifications utilizing Agile SDLC/SCRUM methodologies.
   
9. Facilitate agile development processes as Scrum Master by conducting sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, weekly backlog grooming sessions, and sprint reviews. 

Position requires Master’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study with 6 months experience in job offered or related occupation with similar duties. Certifications required in IT Service Management and for Certified Systems Administrator.

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Salary offered is $122,866.00 per year.
