We are currently seeking a Sr. Sales Executive to join our North America team in the Rockies region. The primary job function will be to sell technology software Products and Services. This is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communication and organizational skills that is keen to succeed and become part of a fast growing, high potential dynamic team and company.

 

The Sr. Sales Executive will drive all aspects of our Services and Products Sales Lifecycle, support marketing and lead generation campaigns, and own Customer Success and Journey for existing clients.

 

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve Sales targets for the region on a quarterly and annual basis through:
  • Support Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Develop Sales strategy for Prospect and existing Customers assigned to you
  • Qualify leads, develop and execute new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Manage assigned accounts to continuously drive Customer Success and growth opportunities
  •  Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and presentations that are tailored to the prospect and focus on value-based outcomes
  • Be the trusted advisor for the customer by understanding and influencing their existing and future Technology & Transformation roadmap
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key executives and decision makers


Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Self-driven and motivated to succeed
  • Can be a Hunter and a Farmer
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding Sales targets
  • 5+ years’ experience selling Professional Services is desired
  • 3+ years’ experience of selling ServiceNow Licensing and Professional Services implementations within the ServiceNow ecosystem as a Partner, or direct ServiceNow employee
  • Ability to manage multiple Sales campaigns and activities simultaneously
  • Ability to act as the Volteo Services subject matter expert in C level meetings
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the industry, especially cloud platforms, SaaS, PaaS, as well as IoT
  • Commercially astute, experience in developing business cases and ROI together with customer’s personal
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of potential customer organizations including C’ level and internally across the business
  • 30% travel is required for this position
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
