Senior Technical Consultant

The Senior Technical Consultant is responsible for delivery, execution, and consulting on client facing solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on role capable of leading technical implementations to ensure customers are successfully implemented

The Senior TC role requires a strong alignment with engineering, software development, and ServiceNow and Volteo technical best practices

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions
• Strong experience in integration with third party applications and data sources
• Lead all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery
• Application UI Configuration
• Workflow Configuration
• Development of required client specific reporting
• Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, Web services etc.)
• Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables that are technology related
• Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years working in the ServiceNow platform
• Experience of WebServices, API’s, Database-level integrations/ETL
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
• Must have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proven team player and team builder
• Experience of ITIL, minimum foundation level, ideally higher. Knowledge of other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT is beneficial
• Desirable: Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and/or CSM, ITBM, HRSD and ITOM
