The requirement is to establish ServiceNow and Slack integration in such a way to get the details about the Project tasks assigned in ServiceNow, get comments and post comments directly from Slack.

Purpose


The integration allows you to get a quick summary of Project tasks assigned and lets you retrieve the comments and send a response to the project task assigned directly from Slack. Just one click of a button, and team members can instantly act on the ServiceNow comments.

  • User can get details about all Project tasks assigned from Slack
  • The customer post comments, and the user get notified in Slack
  • When the client has questions regarding the task, even without logging into ServiceNow, the user can directly send a slack message and it will be posted in ServiceNow
